Warum soll man mit vollem Magen nicht mehr Schwimmen gehen?


Hallo,
es heißt doch immer, mit vollem Magen soll man nicht schwimmen gehen. Sprich wenn man gerade etwas gegessen hat, dann erst mal Pause, bevor man ins Wasser geht. Doch warum ist das so? Was passiert, wenn ich mit vollem Bauch ins Wasser wieder Schwimmen gehe?
